Eagerly awaiting an unwinding splash in the bonny depths of a turquoise Piscean lake, our Lady of a Thousand Treasures is jolted by a stern crust of ice crystals adorning the surface. “Oh, it’s you again,” she glumly utters, recognizing Saturn. “I had forgotten you were here.” Attempting a feigned smile in response, Saturn’s dark, void eyes reveal a sea of woes.
The Ole Devil has been waiting for Luna’s arrival. Having prepared diligently, he offers a black fleece blanket and a cold hot water bottle as he lowers his aviator-style sunglasses against her blinding light. Bedazzled and bedraggled, he mutters, “It’s time.” And with that, our Lady, laden with qualms and forlorn specter, absorbs Saturn’s mysterious aloofness like a sponge as she moves to oppose Sol in Virgo.
This is the first syzygy in Pisces since Saturn decided to bless the Fishes with his company. Full Moons typically bring New Moon intentions to completion. But thanks to Saturn’s co-presence, this Full Moon leans toward categorical decisions and weighty endings. Regardless of whether you make a willful decision or swallow a bitter pill, there’s a chill associated with this Full Moon that we’re not used to in Jupiter’s domain.
Words have to murder reality before they can hold it captive. - Simone de Beauvoir (Moon and Saturn in Pisces)
In the realm of mutable Water, Luna intuitively knows that Virgoan words can never do justice to the fountain of emotions running up her body through her feet. The stream of unbridled imagination, delivered by Luna’s host Jupiter in Taurus, holds a power so all-embracing that it is co-creating her reality. With a chill still lingering beneath her feet, Luna keeps weaving the web of fate as she sees her surroundings wrapped in kaleidoscopic imagery. Giving shape to inspiration, Luna is filled with gratitude for the gifts from Venus in Leo, her exaltation ruler, who is about to awaken from a trance-like sleep.
Wrapping up a retrograde period that started on July 22, Venus is handing out the last entry tickets to her retrospective stage show. What blessings (in disguise) has Aphrodite bestowed on you? Are there any loose ends that need tying up?
Taking in the beautiful scenery, Our Lady of Illumination surfs the waves under the resourceful supervision of a Mercury/Jupiter trine. Zeus’s hopes and dreams are keenly kindled, yet at the same time reasonably curbed by Mercurial pragmatism. Not perfect, but good enough. Our Lady happily downs their rose-colored concoction.
If it’s going to be a world with no time for sentiment, it’s not a world that I want to live in. - Christopher Isherwood (Full Moon in Pisces, Mercury in Virgo, Jupiter in Taurus)

In the last hours of her frigid swim through the fishes, Luna joins an all-encompassing Neptune for a silvery dance of creative potential. Evoking a strange chimeric fusion of idea and ideal, the edges of awareness melt ice crystals and stoke old emotions.
The forces that affect our lives, the influences that mold and shape us, are often like whispers in a different room, teasingly indistinct, apprehended only with difficulty. - Charles Dickens (Moon conjunct Neptune)
Consider this…
In a relay of backward benefics, retrograde Venus will pass the reflective torch to Jupiter just as her reign ends on September 3 and his begins on September 4. With all the planets retracing their steps or about to, it appears we are living in the land of Sleeping Beauty. The only planet not marching backward will be Mars, who will be speeding through Libran Air, his exiled territory.
It’s no use overextending ourselves. During this mental moratorium our willpower hangs limply by the thread of fate. Where is your magical ball of yarn rolling toward?

Absolutely brilliant! Thank you!
