For Luna, Queen of the Archers, it’s game on as she opposes a shifty Gemini Sun on June 3 at 8:42 PM PT (your time zone). The rules of engagement are anything but determined as these mutable luminaries oppose each other in the spirit of discovery.

While this is the first uneclipsed syzygy (a new or full Moon) since April 20, you’d hardly know it. Uber enthusiasm, dramatic overtures, cathartic release, and ground-breaking turbulence alchemize solid realities and high dreams in a potent, culminating round of Truth or Consequences.

Guided by an adventurous nature, the archer’s arrow hits the bull’s eye when we can be firm and flexible, honest to a fault, and stay present to life’s twists and turns. What’s your secret to realizing your big dreams?

The rulers of the Queen and King of the cosmos till the soil in the fixed earth sign of Taurus. And while fields of ripe strawberries swell under the Bull’s hooves, neither Jupiter nor Mercury can see their royal guests. Life is moving swiftly across shaky ground, making it difficult to ingest and digest everything on our plates.    

The Moon, ruled by Jupiter conjunct the North Node, is hungry beyond measure—a rare occurrence between these two amplifiers in Taurus. Sweet red juice stains the tongue and lips. The Sun’s ruler, Mercury, sidles up to Uranus, spurring opulent truths that cascade recklessly, causing unexpected consequences and liberatory results. If you adhere too closely to your Holy Book of Everything, you may miss mind-blowing insights that can power resources you never knew you needed or wanted. It’s one thing to be guided by foundational beliefs and values; it’s another to be blinded by them.

Boasting a confident stride, Mars in Leo, in a separating trine to the Moon, wields his sword to align purpose and passion and hone discernment. Saturn, by wide square, keeps the journey of growth and expansion humble. The boundlessness of Sagittarius and Gemini may very well be aided by the influence of these malefic planets. Otherwise, instant karma gonna get you.

This Full Moon could bring out-of-the-box, practical solutions for intractable material issues. Just resist drowning yourself in a bowl of strawberries lest you miss the cues.

Venus, Jupiter’s beloved ruler (it’s all connected!), while hidden from both luminaries, is joyfully bathing in a tributary nearby. Undaunted by the forces of earth and air, she basks in the beauty of denial in a trine to Neptune in Pisces. Sometimes not engaging in the game at all is precisely the right move. At least until she ingresses into Leo and immediately opposes Pluto on June 5. From being nurtured by the imaginal realms to being engrossed by obsession, it’s an abrupt shift that may surface hidden insecurities but can also encourage us to claim our birthright.
