Moon Enters Taurus

Even as the Sun’s light fills our summer scapes, The King of the Sky has already begun to shorten his daily reign for this year. So too, his Celestial Queen, the Moon is in the last hours of her final quarter and nearing the balsamic phase. This near dark moon is more of a mystic in her exalted sign of Taurus. She celebrates embodied mysteries and longing for the infinite. 

This is the golden hour of lazy summer especially because Luna makes an immediate sextile to the beachy and enchanted Cancer Sun. There is so much to be grateful for as the ice cream cone melts down your arm and children run barefoot chasing fireflies through the warm dusk. We know this too will pass, a wistful quality that reminds us to enjoy the good times where we can.
