Saturn is the "greater malefic" so I suppose it makes sense he would flex his muscles of restriction, throwing obstacles our way, exercising caution. With the Rx, perhaps the feeling of restriction has something to do with the past, going over old ground, or a need to re-strategize future plans?
Maybe a short cycle like this, even as rare as it is, won't be felt in people’s personal lives so much. For myself, I have been experiencing an overall strength at the foundation of my being, even with restrictions arising.
