Gorgeous as always. Deep. Penetrating. Okay dear navigators. Here is a question: How do we navigate this his new Mars? How do we move from the tired, battle worn Mars, and shift to this new Mars, rebirthed, even as we are oh so exhausted yet feel the breath of life breathing us? What, where, how, some practicum ways we can we find the cleft, the incision from which new life springs?

Thank you, Julianne. This cazimi in Mars' domicile Scorpio only happens a couple of times in one's life, so your question is very important and greatly appreciated.

Each Mars cycle has the potential to stimulate the development of our assertiveness, courage, and self-confidence. Mars often does this by turning our attention to obstacles that we need to remove. In Scorpio, Mars is better able to come up with clever strategies to do what he does best: starting new endeavors, and solving problems on the way. Mars treasures focus, and, with passionate commitment, he'll make things happen for you, as long as you're prepared to give it all you've got!

Ask yourself if there are any areas in your life where you would like to feel more empowered, and formulate that into a clear intention. If you like, you can create a ritual in honor of Mars. Rituals or ceremonies help us establish good relations with the divine powers around us. (It can be as simple as lighting a red candle and laying a sharpened knife on an improvised altar.) Around the time when Mars will escape the beams of the Sun, on January 8, 2024, you might start noticing what Mars will be offering you in the coming years, until he completes this cycle in January 2026.

Good luck, Julianne!
