Flowers, family , friends, and more flowers are the best part of Cancer. Loved the reminder within this prose that creates a feast with Venus -- but then she'll stop by my Jupiter placement. Obviously a time for one to expand the waistline. Cherries - more wine, anyone? ;-)

Beautiful reflections, very fitting for a post about the planet of reflection, our lovely Moon, and much appreciated and deeply felt by this Cancer Rising reader.

The imagery of the writing, as well as the picture, which looks to me like it was taken from one of my native-land Puget Sound beaches with Mt. Rainier sitting in majestic protection in the background, very much called up deep feelings of home and comfortable support, putting me into a nostalgic bit of bliss, remembering childhood summertime barbecues on Vashon Island, days spent playing in the cool waters of that Puget Sound or frolicking under the wooded scent of mighty Douglas Fir trees in fern-covered forests. Ah…

Thanks, again!

Thank you, Bryan for your kind words. You are correct about the photo location! Taken from Indianola, with the Cascades to the east and the Olympics to the west. And you even noticed Mt. Rainier in the background! I'm so happy to know it brought up deep feelings of home and comfort. How perfect for the Cancer New Moon!

Being from Tacoma, which has the most spectacular view of Mt Rainier/Tahoma of the major Puget Sound cities, that mountain will always be near and dear to my nostalgic heart, so, yes, VERY Cancer Moon to see it in the photo!

And I don’t remember how much I said about your article in this podcast episode I recorded right after reading and responding to it—I think most of it was about reflecting on my fascinating relationship to my native country as an expat of 20 years and how it shows up in my natal chart, particularly with me being born on July 4th’s Capricorn opposite, January 4th, but also that my time of birth of 5:10 pm is the same as the Sibly chart for the US)—but I put the link to your article in my show notes for listeners to happily stumble into. Keep up the great writing!
